I'm a qualified Interior Architect/Designer, and previous New Home Build Consultant, Plan Presenter and Selections Consultant- so I have lots of experience in different areas of the building industry!

Working in the industry means I have lots of inside information and clever tips and tricks that I thought was just plain rude to keep to myself! Sitting down to have your final tender or quote presented to you can be a very overwhelming experience, especially if your presenter/consultant adds that extra pressure of signing and accepting during that appointment as well! Don't fall for the sneaky sales tactics, and ensure you're taking the time you need, away from that high pressure environment, to make sure everything is included and correct.
